3. Booking Process

  • Customers must provide accurate details regarding the type of pooja, date, time, and location when making a booking.
  • All bookings are subject to priest availability. In the event that a selected priest is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not completed within the specified time.

4. Payments

  • Payment must be made through the secure payment methods provided on www.pujaribooking.net.
  • All prices are listed in USD or INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any additional costs such as travel expenses, materials, donations or dakshina should be discussed directly with the priest.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pooja will be eligible for a full refund.
  • To avoid misuse or abuse of our cancellation policy, please note that any pooja canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a nominal cancellation fee. This fee is in place because our priests are not salaried; performing poojas is their primary source of income, and we request everyone to respect their profession..
  • In case of any unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation by the priest, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the pooja at no additional cost.

6. Priest Responsibilities

  • Priests are responsible for arriving at the agreed location on time and performing the pooja as per the agreed requirements.
  • Priests must adhere to traditional rituals and practices and ensure a respectful and spiritual environment during the pooja.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing a suitable environment for the pooja, including cleanliness and all necessary arrangements.
  • Any specific materials or items required for the pooja should be provided by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
  • Customers must treat priests with respect and honor their time and services.

8. Liability

  • www.pujaribooking.net acts as an intermediary between customers and priests. While we strive to ensure the quality of services, we are not liable for any issues arising during the pooja, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the ritual.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the pooja.
